3. Once we receive your drain, Felipe & Grace will send a confirmation message.
4. Felipe & Grace will process your order within two business days.
5. Felipe & Grace will ship your drain and beautiful, custom-finished sink via UPS Ground Services.

Additional Information

We understand that plumbing supplies can be backordered or rushed, depending on your project needs and preferences. Felipe & Grace is happy to work within your timeframe. Feel free to message or call to discuss your individual needs.

Sinks with drains drilled larger than 1-3/4" are not eligible for return or exchange.

A restocking fee of $100 applies to any customized sink return that falls within our store policies.

Once we render your service, the listing is non-refundable.
